Currently, we only ship domestically in the United States.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling at the point of sale. Occasionally there will be promotions where the cost of shipping will be free based on the amount that is spent.
All Sales Are Final. We do not accept, returns, exchanges or refunds.
In the unfortunate event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged or missing products from 14 days of receipt of package. To receive replacement, customer must send request to customerservice@lipishbeauty.com and include photos of issue and packing slip. Also include recipient name, order number and order summary.
